SUMMARY:LOOSE DUCK RACE
DESCRIPTION:\n\nWe will have a stall full of handmade jewellery for adults and for the children\, as well as our Lucky Dip with all prizes made by myself. Also small gift items and hand decorated wicker hearts :-)\n\nThe world famous Loose Duck Race takes place along the Loose Stream and on Brooks Field\, Loose village. It's known as 'A good\, old fashioned village fete with something for everyone'\n\nThe stalls and rides will be opening at 11.30 this year. Tickets for the race will go on sale at 11.30. The duck racing will start at 1.00pm. The races are timed and announced on the public address system so everyone knows when to make their way to the stream to cheer on their very own duck.\n\nAs well as hundreds of yellow plastic ducks racing each other down the Loose stream\, there are children’s rides and games\, coconut shy\, rural crafts\, Punch & Judy\, face painting\, fairground rides\, homemade cakes in the tea tent\, freshly cooked BBQ and much more.\n\nSo come along and say an old fashioned Hello and join in the fun\n\nPLEASE NOTE THAT DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON BROOKS FIELD\n\n \n\n
